FAQ

Why have a reunion?
Reunions are about connecting. They let you renew old friendships, or celebrate the shared experiences and values of university life. The reunions may also give you opportunities to network with those you might not have known so well and to build new friendships.

How do we start?
It may start with forming of an Organising Committee / Group (don't be put off by this; it only sounds formal but can actually be fun) made up of representatives from each faculty / department, and assigning a convenor. Some Committees may meet more frequently and some may not; it is really flexible and depends on the schedule of members.

How to contact our classmates?
The contact information of individual alumni is kept by the Alumni Office and cannot be disclosed for privacy reasons. The Alumni Office can help with the publicity and announcement of your reunion by forwarding messages from the Organising Committee to individual alumni.

What programmes can be planned for the reunions?
It is up to the Organising Committee. Below are some ideas for your reference:

  1. Reunion Dinner
  2. Homecoming Visits
  3. Projects and Initiatives
  4. ...... many more
